Senior Systems Analyst
Job Description
You will be part of the technology team in Stock Plan Services business unit that administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various equity compensations programs. Currently SPS services approximately 2M participants employed by over 400 clients and spread out in 150 countries. The business is looking to further expand into the international equity compensation market. As part of that we are modernizing our legacy reporting and business intelligence platform to provide data and reports in real-time running on cloud-ready stack.
The Systems Analyst will work with the squad lead, architects and engineers to design and build data reporting solutions using business intelligence tools like OBIEE.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
- Solid grasp of relational databases like Oracle or Postgres
- Proven experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc.
- 5 years of confirmed experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence Suite aka OBIEE for building analytics reports
- Solid grasp of crafting and modifying new reports using OBIEE
- Experience with other reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau would be a plus

- Demonstrable experience partnering with squad leads, product analysts and other systems analysts to define scope, impact and reporting solutions in an Agile environment.
- Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Equity Compensation knowledge a plus
