Key Responsibilities:


Serves as a computer technology expert for assigned functional applications to assist business lines with development and ongoing support. Provides project release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, implementation and monitoring of new or revised systems. Acts as a liaison for project release and typically perform analysis supporting the strategies and objectives of the business line. Compiles and analyzes information that is very detailed and often interpretive making project release recommendations based on the findings. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation and implementation in accordance with client needs.


Provide level 2 support on technical issues related to our products for our customers


Take ownership of escalated customer issues that require technical investigation,


including troubleshooting, reproducing issues, analyzing logs, and leveraging other internal tools


Communicate and collaborate internally and externally to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner


Build relationships across cross functional teams, including our level 1 customer support teams and level 3 product & engineering SMEs


Be an advocate of our customers for timely resolution of issues and handling escalations


Become an expert of our product experiences and become familiar with our technical platform and application architecture


Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience


10 or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities


Preferred Skills/Experience:


3+ years of technical support experience for modern web / mobile / cloud-based customer-facing applications


Strong technical understanding of how cloud-based platforms, modern web and mobile applications, and web browsers work


Knowledge of relational and SQL databases


Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud infrastructure providers


Ability to analyze and understand application logs


Ability to read and understand basic Java, JavaScript or TypeScript code


Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multitasking skills


Experience translating customer issues into engineering centric reports via internal bug reporting systems


Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, development methodologies, and practices


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Experience in financial services, payments, processing is a plus


BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience


Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online


Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations


Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes and supervises their use


Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results


Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications


Strong project management, organization and analytical skills


Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills


Strong leadership and negotiation skills


Extensive knowledge of a business line or function area

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,010.00 - $130,600.00 - $143,660.00
