What You'll Do At UiPath


As a Principal Technical Security Program Manager on the UiPath Security and Trust team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our products and services through effective security program definition. Your programs will stretch across the Security Development Lifecycle, from vulnerability management to partnerships with engineering teams. You will use your technical security knowledge to successfully drive programs and earn trust from engineers. You will lead, drive, and monitor programs and initiatives to empower our engineering teams in building secure infrastructure at scale. You will be expected to innovate and improve in the space. This role also requires proven ability to wear multiple hats, prioritize, not get stuck, and adapt in an environment that’s growing and changing fast.


What You'll Bring To The Team


  • 10+ years of experience in the Security/Privacy space as a Technical Program Manager (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability exposure and effective prioritization methods
  • Proficiency in engaging stakeholders to handle security/privacy issues.
  • Experience in improving, reporting, and measuring security/privacy metrics across an organization
  • Eagerness to delve into problems, drive alignment, and assist with execution through well-documented plans.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure including Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Strong understanding and evidence of deliverables in the following areas of security
  • Encryption
  • Identity and access management (authN, authZ, MFA),
  • Classic windows security concepts
  • Network security
  • Key management
  • Application secrets management
  • Server security configuration
  • Security monitoring technologies
  • Kubernetes and Container Security Solutions
  • Stellar teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of effectively working with remote teams in different time zones


Nice to Have


  • Hands on development experience is a plus
  • Experience working with DoD, intelligence, and/or government contractors

Pay Transparency


The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $186,500 and $280,250. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
