THE POSITION

We are looking for an Identity Governance and Administration Analyst (IGA) in the Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. Our GRC team has the unique opportunity and visibility to actively partner with departments across FanDuel Group taking a holistic view of the entire company and reducing risk. The IGA Analyst will conduct User and Privileged access review campaigns. Perform data analysis on all things under IGA tool set and procedures. Hold office hours, maintain open communications with stakeholders and leadership team.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) user lifecycle process, including user activity monitoring, access re-certification, SoD, reporting etc.…
- Assist with the development, implementation, and support of RBAC/Personas
- Collaborate in the onboarding process of with Application and Technical owners into the IGA tools set including assistance to office hours, corresponding to any communication tools.
- Create and maintain campaigns for user access reviews (UARs) and privileged access reviews (PARs).
- Design and implement metrics/dashboards to provide data driven action items.
- Enhance overall Access Review experience for customers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of findings, identifying potential gaps, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks.
- Monitor and track ongoing issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and executive stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations related to IGA.
- Support day-to-day security controls including but not limited to monitoring JML process, actioning on Critical and High impact findings.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the organization's overall Identity Governance program.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional development. Provide a culture of risk awareness.
THE STATS
What We're Looking For In Our Next Teammate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity Governance or Identity Access Management, information security, IT auditing, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining Access Review Campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Identity Governance ecosystem and lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, such as legal, compliance, procurement, IT, and business units, to drive effective risk management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into actionable risk assessment activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role, providing guidance and support to junior analysts or team members.
- Ability to easily adapt to a rapidly evolving, fast-paced, cyber security environment as it relates to changes in strategy or risk.
- Public Cloud experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The applicable salary range for this position is $126,000 to $173,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
