In this role you can expect to...

  • Develop and implement a global partner program strategy that aligns with HashiCorp’s business objectives and enhances our partner ecosystem
  • Establish programs and initiatives for our broader teams to manage and grow relationships with key strategic partners, including cloud providers, system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and prioritize partner program needs and create/drive cross team initiatives
  • Define and align partner program elements to provide a cohesive partnership approach that supports HashiCorp business goals and build viable long-term mutually beneficial partnerships, including; training, certifications, and co-marketing initiatives, to drive partner success and increase adoption of HashiCorp’s products and services
  • Work as part of our broader partner team with product and engineering teams to ensure partner needs and requirements are incorporated into product roadmaps and releases
  • Monitor and analyze partner program performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership

You may be a good fit for our team if you have...

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the enterprise software industry
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful global partner programs that drive revenue growth and market share
  • Experience working with cloud providers, system integrators, and resellers, and strong relationships with key partners in the industry
  • Familiarity with modern services ecosystem trends relevant to consumption-based products, including cloud marketplaces and services funding programs
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and emerging technology trends, and ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for partners and customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
