We are looking for a


Data Project Manager / Data Scrum Master (m/f/d)


(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Oslo, Berlin or Verl – flexible working conditions available


Responsibilities

  • Leading data platform and data-driven projects and strategic initiatives and facilitating cross-functional (data) teams reaching their goals
  • Leading an interdisciplinary, international project teams consisting of project members from the areas of data functions (e.g. data engineering, data architecture, data science, DataOps / DevOps) and business and central functions (risk management, finance, Tech, GRC, …)
  • Managing and prioritizing requirements for the data solution to be built in the project
  • Planning and driving the project roadmap including sub-projects, the project budget, resource requirements, prepare and conduct project meetings, workshops and steerings, including follow-up and follow-up activities
  • Steering suppliers involved in the projects (if any)
  • Project controlling according to the dimensions in-time, in-quality, in-budget

Requirements

  • Experienced project manager and/ or scrum master in cloud data platform projects and data-driven projects
  • Experienced in cloud data platform architectures of at least one of the three big hyperscalers GCP, AWS, Azure is a plus
  • Proficient in common project methodologies (e.g. Agile with Scrum/Kanban) and successfully applied them in data projects
  • Basic knowledge of data functions, e.g. data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
  • Industry expertise in financial solutions is a plus
  • Very good presentation and moderation skills, work in a very structured way and are a strong communicator (in English, Norwegian or German is a plus)
  • Ideally certified in standard project management and agile methods such as SAFe, Scale, Scrum, Prince2
  • Proficient in Atlassian Confluence and Jira, MIRO, PowerPoint, MS Office
  • Result-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment
