Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Possess a strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and their applications in a business environment. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.
- Familiarity with Service Desk operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and providing top-notch customer support to end-users.
- Proficiency in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework, ensuring efficient and standardized IT service management practices are implemented and followed.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
- Display a strong focus on customer service, consistently striving to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of managing multiple teams and team leads, fostering collaboration, and achieving collective goals.

Required Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures, including hybrid-cloud environments and on-premises services.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Azure, etc.).
